Technology Operations Analyst -Seattle

As the Technology Operations Analyst you will be an integral part of a team delivering products and service to internal and external clients. You will have a direct impact on driving improvements within the Technology Operations group.



  • Build CRUD and ETL processes
  • Build process automation for business lines
  • Automated reporting
  • Application and system support on Windows Desktops and Servers
  • Incident management
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills

  • Practical experience with VB, VB.net, or C#
  • Proficient writing T-SQL statements
  • Practical experience managing/configuring Microsoft SQL Server and Databases
  • Proficient with Exchange, Transform and Load processes
  • Proficient or expert ability in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access versions 2010 or newer
  • Application Documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted, 70lbs with assistance, to rack equipment



  • Solid analytical, organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solution skills
  • 2+ years’ building ETL processes, managing databases and process automation
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data
  • Experience with system interfaces (file-based, web services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of department-specific processes and procedures
  • Requires a Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience

Our primary mission is to maintain daily operations of technology systems through high touch client service. The group is responsible for help desk, desktop engineering, server and application support across the bank.
