We are currently accepting resumes/applications for our SBA Lending Support Manager. This position is in office inside Zions Bancorporation’s footprint (UT,ID,CA,TX,AZ,NV,CO,WA,OR). The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to fulfill the following essential functions and qualifications.
Essential Functions:
· Provide closing support to lenders and affiliated partners by coordinating, documenting, and facilitating the successful closing of complex SBA loans.
· Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, SBA requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
· Resolve closing-related issues and escalations, while proactively communicating with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clarity and timely execution.
· Prepare and deliver final closing packages in a timely and accurate manner, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Requires a college degree and 2+ years' experience in loan operations, credit analysis and SBA loan closing, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Management or supervisory experience preferred.
· Requires considerable working knowledge of SBA lending operations, processing, documentation, credit analysis, loan processes and procedures including 504 loans, laws and regulations.
· Requires working knowledge of related fields including banking, lending, and credit administration.
· Strong analysis and problem resolution skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 - $94,500 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
