QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required a Bachelor’s degree Business, Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • 8+ years administrative, business, finance or other directly related experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years administrative assistance experience for a large or complex department or senior executive preferably in the financial industry.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to create functional Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multifaceted corporate environment.

  • Extreme professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong customer service skills, communication skills, basic business writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task are essential.

  • Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
